Important Warming Center Announcement
After careful consideration, Pottstown Beacon of Hope has made the decision to conclude this year’s winter warming season on April 1st, rather than May 1st as in previous years. This decision was guided by several key factors, including the opportunity for our guests to receive continued support through the newly established program at the Days Inn. As always, we remain committed to assisting our guests through their transition and into the offseason, just as we have for the past five years.
We are deeply grateful to our dedicated staff and volunteers whose unwavering commitment has made this work possible. Through their generosity, hospitality, and compassion, they have not only supported our guests but also strengthened the fabric of our community.
As we look ahead, Beacon of Hope is entering a crucial phase in the development of our permanent shelter. Our focus is shifting toward finalizing approvals and breaking ground on our new facility. There is still much to be done, and we invite you to be part of this journey. Stay connected for updates and opportunities to get involved—together, we can make a lasting impact.
